10. Authorize Award of Contract to Contractor for Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater Capture\nProject: Sod Replacement & Soil Preparation (CIP No. 21-129 Phase C)\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve and award the construction contract for the Barnes Park Multi-Benefit Stormwater\nCapture Project: Sod Replacement and Soil Preparation (CIP No. 21-129 Phase C) to SGD\nEnterprises dba Four Seasons Landscaping in the amount of $150,450.00; and\n2. Approve a 13% construction contingency in the amount of $19,550.00 for the project; and\n3. Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the contract with SGD Enterprises dba Four\nSeasons Landscaping, subject to any revisions deemed necessary by the City Attorney; and\n4.
