13. Staff recommends that the City Council approve 32 26-1440\nthree-year Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) with\nconsulting firms, each in amounts not-to-exceed $200,000\nper fiscal year for a total of $600,000 over the three-year\nperiod, for as-needed Capital Improvement Program (CIP)\nand Land Development services; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the agreements upon receipt of all\nnecessary documents, including any edits required by the\nCity Attorney that do not result in any addition to the\ncompensation paid to the Consultants.
