(“Singh Group”), in the amount of\n$971,976, for a new agreement total not to exceed\n$4,164,586 for encampment-related trash removal\nservices; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment.

Staff recommends that the City Council approve a 26-1430\nProfessional Services Agreement (PSA) with Stephen\nDalton Architects (SDA), in the amount of $131,532, to\nconduct a Feasibility Analysis Report; and authorize the\nCity Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement upon\nreceipt of all supporting documents.

Staff recommends that the City Council approve 32 26-1440\nthree-year Professional Services Agreements (PSAs) with\nconsulting firms, each in amounts not-to-exceed $200,000\nper fiscal year for a total of $600,000 over the three-year\nperiod, for as-needed Capital Improvement Program (CIP)\nand Land Development services; and authorize the City\nManager to execute the agreements upon receipt of all\nnecessary documents, including any edits required by the\nCity Attorney that do not result in any addition to the\ncompensation paid to the Consultants.

Staff recommend that the City Council approve the 26-1443\nreclassification of an existing authorized full-time benefited\nLaboratory Assistant position to a full-time benefited\nLaboratory Technician position in the Water Utilities\nDepartment, effective August 2, 2026, or upon the vacancy\nof the incumbent and approval of this item, and appropriate\n$14,025 from the Water and Sewer fund balance.
