Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the 26-1494\nResolution accepting a Unanimous Consent and Approval\n(the “Unanimous Consent and Approval”) to annex the\nSpano Freeman Street project property to City of\nOceanside Community Facilities District No. 2022-1 (Public\nSafety Services) (the “CFD”).
