Staff recommends the City Council approve an Addition To 26-1465\nFleet (ATF) vehicle and purchase order for Olathe Ford, in\nthe amount of $38,420, for a Ford Maverick Hybrid,\nincluding the cost of upfitting, for Traffic Engineering\nDivision of Public Works Department; approve a purchase\norder for Hawthorne CAT, in the amount of $17,702, for\none Coneqtex-Universal SSG9 Slot Cutting Machine for\nStreets and Median Maintenance Division of the Public\nWorks Department; approve a $10,000 contingency fee to\naccount for any changes to costs of procurement and/or\nupfitting; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or\ndesignee, to execute the purchase order upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents.
