9. Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1441\nAmendment 3 to the Professional Services Agreement\n(PSA) with GeoPacifica in the amount of $200,000 for a\nrevised total contract amount not to exceed $790,000 to\nallow for a single-year extension of as-needed Capital\nImprovement Program (CIP) and Land Development\nsupport services; and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the amendment upon receipt of all necessary\ndocuments, including any edits required by the City\nAttorney that do not result in any addition to the\ncompensation paid to the Consultant.
