7. Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1469\nAmendment 1 in the amount of $1,175,830, which includes\na 10% contingency, to the Public Works Agreement (PWA)\nwith Doherty Concrete (Doherty), for pier decking, guardrail\nrepair and gate replacement, for a revised contract total of\n$1,250,830; appropriate $1,175,830 from the General Fund\nAssigned Pier Maintenance account; authorize the City\nManager, to execute the amendment upon receipt of all\nsupporting documents; and authorize the Financial\nServices Director, or designee, to execute the purchase\norder.
