Staff recommend that the City Council approve 26-1448\nAmendment 7 to the professional services agreement with\nEnvironmental Science Associates, in the amount of\n$28,850, for a total contract amount not to exceed\n$644,786, for design services; and authorize the City\nManager, or designee, to execute the amendment for the\nLoma Alta Slough Wetlands Enhancement Project.
