9. Approval of agreement with All City Management Services to provide school crossing guard\nservices for fiscal year 2026-2027\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the contract with ACMS for crossing guard services; and\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make appropriations and necessary budget adjustments;\nand\n4. Authorize the Director of Finance to bill BPUSD for their share of the contract in the amount of\n$177,811.20
