8. Appropriation of Additional Funds for Land Development and Engineering Plan Checking\nServices Agreement with RKA and extend the term of its contract and the term for John L.\nHunter Associates and David Volz Design to December 31, 2026.\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $70,000 from the General Fund for RKA\nAgreement; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Public Works to extend the Professional Services Agreement with\nRKA, John L. Hunter Associates, and David Volz Design for Engineering services; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to make necessary budget adjustments to allow payments as\napproved for FY 2025/2026.
