16. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 8008, DECOMMITTING\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS PREVIOUSLY ALLOCATED\nTO THE SENIOR NUTRITION PROGRAM\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed decommitment of Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) funds previously allocated to the Senior Nutrition\nProgram for Fiscal Year 2025-2026;\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 8008 of the decommitment of $17,604 in CDBG funds from\nthe Senior Nutrition Program; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to take any actions necessary to\nimplement the decommitment and any related budget or program amendments, as\napplicable.\nACTION/DISCUSSION
