11. Approval of Revised Conceptual Design for the Teri G. Muse Family Service Center\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve the revised conceptual design for Teri G. Muse Family Service Center; and\n2. Provide direction on the preferred building design for the proposed project by selecting one of\nthe following options: Option A, B, or C; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to solicit and advertise for bids for professional\narchitectural and engineering design services necessary for the preparation of schematic design,\ndesign development, and final Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) required for the\nbidding and construction phases of the project; and\n4. Authorize the Director of Public Works and Director of Recreation & Community Services to\nproceed with any supplementary documents required for the project; and\n5. Authorize the Director of Finance to make the appropriation and necessary budget adjustments.
