FINANCE COMMITTEE: JOINT ACTION ANNUAL READOPTION OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 INVESTMENT POLICY AND INVESTMENT\nSTRATEGY (Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council and the Successor Agency to the Pasadena Community Development Commission:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a project subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in\nSection 21065 of CEQA and Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines,\nand as such, no environmental document pursuant to CEQA is required for the project; and\n(2) Adopt the City Treasurer’s recommended Investment Policy and Investment Strategy for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 (FY 2026-2027).
