10. CONSIDERATION OF AMENDMENT NO. 9 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT FOR BUILDING AND SAFETY, ENGINEERING,\nAND PUBLIC WORKS SERVICES WITH HR GREEN PACIFIC, INC.\nEXTENDING THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT TO JUNE 30, 2027, AND\nADJUSTING HOURLY RATES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council Approve\nAmendment No. 9 to the Professional Services Agreement with HR Green\nPacific, Inc. (HR Green), extending the term of the Agreement for one (1)\nadditional year to June 30, 2027, and continuing the existing structure\nfor hourly rate adjustments. The extension will allow staff adequate time\nto evaluate long-term service delivery options and ensure continuity of\nservices while maintaining flexibility.
