12. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO DR. WILLIAM DODGE DOWNLOAD\nFOR FIRE DEPARTMENT MEDICAL DIRECTOR\nSERVICES\nRecommendations:\n1. Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a\ntwo (2) year professional services agreement, with up\nto three (3) one-year extensions, with Dr. William\nDodge for Fire Department Medical Director services\nin an amount not to exceed $120,000; and\n2.
