11. AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR ZONE DOWNLOAD\n7 SIDEWALK/ CONCRETE REPAIRS (PROJECT\nC2423)\nRecommendations:\n1. Award and authorize the City Manager to execute a\ncontract with Gentry General Engineering Inc., in the\namount of $213,871.38 for the Zone 7\nSidewalk/Concrete Repairs Project;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to approve project-related\nexpenses and construction change-orders for\nunforeseen circumstances in an amount not to exceed\n$32,000;\n3. Approve the transfer of $71,209 from the CPY21 Zone\n4 Street Concrete Rehabilitation Project to Project\nC2423 Zone 7 Sidewalk/Concrete Repairs Project;\n4. Approve the transfer of $100,000 from Project C2610 –\nAnnual Concrete Repairs to Project C2423 Zone 7\nSidewalk/Concrete Repairs Project; and\n5. Find that the project is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act pursuant to\nCEQA Guidelines Section 15301(c).
