Conduct and close the Public Hearing.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 11695. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Orange\napproving the Engineer’s Report and providing for the annual assessment for\nLandscape Maintenance Assessment Districts 86-2 (Santiago Hills) and 15-1\n(Santiago Hills Overlay).\n3.
