6. APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO.6 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR TREE\nTRIMMING AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES WITH TRAVERS TREE\nTRIMMING, INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $450,000\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve\nAmendment No. 6 to the Agreement for citywide tree trimming and\nmaintenance services with Travers Tree Service, Inc. (Travers) in an\namount of $450,000 and extend the term of the agreement to June 30,\n2027, with an additional one-year period and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the Amendment and all future extensions.
