19. WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND FIRE SAFETY DOWNLOAD\nREPORT 2025 UPDATE AND RELATED BUDGET\nTRANSFERS\nRecommendations:\n1. Receive & file general presentation on the status of the\nWildfire Mitigation and Fire Safety Report 2025\nUpdate;\n2. Authorize a budget transfer of $190,000 from the Fire\nDepartment Wildfire Mitigation and Fire Safety Ad\nHoc Committee initiatives account (1412401-72071)\nand $30,000 from the Community Development\nDepartment Wildfire Mitigation and Fire Safety Ad\nHoc Committee initiatives account (1414106-72071-\nS2605) to the Public Works Department Traffic Signal\nPriority System Project account (1413100-72071-\nS2601) for implementation of the Opticom System;\n3. Receive & file the Community Wildfire Protection\nPlan, thereby acknowledging the document as a guide\nfor future wildfire mitigation planning, preparedness,\nand resilience efforts within the City; and\n4. Find that the recommended actions are not a project\npursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378 and are\ntherefore not subject to CEQA.
