CONSIDER ADOPTION OF PROPOSED RESOLUTION R26-20\nAPPROVING THE SPECIAL TAX REPORT AND SETTING THE PALOS\nVERDES ESTATES LAW ENFORCEMENT SPECIAL TAX LEVY FOR FY\n2026/2027 AND AUTHORIZING THE DEPUTY CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT\nTHE SPECIAL PARCEL TAX TO LOS ANGELES COUNTY.\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt\nproposed Resolution R26-20, which approves the Special Tax Report and\nsets the Palos Verdes Estates Law Enforcement Special Tax (Special\nParcel Tax) levy for Fiscal Year 2026-27, and the Deputy City Manager to\nsubmit the Special Parcel Tax to Los Angeles County by the August 2026\ndeadline.
