Letter of Intent Setting Terms and Conditions for an Agreement to Obtain Reciprocal\nAccess Easement and Parking Lot Access for the City Properties Located at 1303-1305\nHuntington Drive from Adjacent Property Owners\nRecommended Action: 1) accept the Letter of Intent; 2) authorize the City Manager\nto sign an access and parking agreement for the City owned properties at 1303-1305\nHuntington Drive; and 3) approve a $700,000 budget amendment to use Town Center\nSpecific Plan Community Benefit Funds.
