INTRODUCTION AND FIRST READING OF AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING\nTHE ANNUAL STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION FEE FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2026-27 - Public Hearing regarding the determination and approval of the\nStormwater Pollution Prevention Fee rates for Fiscal Year 2026-27.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Conduct a public hearing on the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Fee for Fiscal Year\n2026-27.\n2. Introduce and pass to second reading an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA,\nDETERMINING THE ANNUAL STORMWATER POLLUTION PREVENTION\nFEE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27.”
