12. Authorize Laserfiche Electronic Document Management System (ECMS) Agreement for licenses and\nimplementation with Complete Paperless Solution (CPS) in the amount not to exceed $130,755\n— 1. Authorize the purchase of Laserfiche Document Management for licensing and implementation, including\nthe OnBase (legacy document management application) conversion, in the amount not to exceed $186,190;\n— 2. Authorize ongoing maintenance in the amount of $52,775 annually, subject to 5% increase year over\nyear; and\n— 3. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the Laserfiche contract including minimal and/or\nnon-substantive changes.
