9. APPROVAL OF FULFILLMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF DOWNEY AND THE LOS\nANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY (LACMTA) FOR\nUNPROGRAMMED SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM-LOCAL (STP-L) FUNDS\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the LACMTA for the unprogrammed STP-L\nfunds converted to Prop C funds to be used for street rehabilitation projects; and,\n2. Appropriate $339,952 in Prop C funds into the Bellflower Pavement Rehabilitation Project (54-1-6712-\n0520).
