4. APPROVE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CWE CORPORATION FOR DESIGN OF\nAPOLLO PARK STORMWATER CAPTURE AND INFILTRATION IMPROVEMENTS, CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) NO. 23-23\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve a professional services agreement with CWE Corporation for a term of three years at an\namount not to exceed $1,610,752 for design of Apollo Park Stormwater Capture and Infiltration\nImprovements, CIP No. 23-23;\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all amendments to the agreement as deemed\nnecessary within the approved project budget.
