PURCHASE OF A FLOOR SCRUBBER FOR THE TRANSIT MAINTENANCE\nFACILITY - Contract consideration to Air & Lube Systems, Inc., for the purchase of a\nfloor scrubber for the City's Transit Maintenance Facility.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a contract with Air & Lube\nSystems, Inc., for the purchase of a floor scrubber for the Transit Maintenance\nFacility in the amount of $50,679, and authorize a contingency of 10 percent in the\namount of $5,068, for a total contract not to exceed $55,747.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
