2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a purchase order and all related\ndocuments.\n2. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT\nFOR SALT LAKE PARK RECREATION BUILDING ROOF REPLACEMENT CIP\n2025-02\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award the construction contract to Chapman Coast Roof Company, Inc for the\nconstruction of Salt Lake Park recreation building roof replacement CIP 2025-02\nfor the not-to-exceed amount of $600,000; and\n2. Approve a 10% construction contingency in the amount of $60,000, and 10%\nproject management and inspection in the amount of $60,000; and
