3. Adopt a resolution to award a construction contract for Salt Lake Park Recreation\nBuilding Roof Replacement CIP 2025-02.\n3. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT\nFOR CIP 2025-03 CITY HALL RENOVATION PROJECT\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Award the construction contract to Leonida Builders, Inc for the construction of\nCIP 2025-03 City Hall Renovation Project for the not-to-exceed amount of\n$2,413,805.60; and\n2. Approve a 10% construction contingency in the amount of $241,380.56, 5%\nproject management and inspection in the amount of $120,690.28, and labor\ncompliance in the amount of $32,390; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract agreement and\nall change orders in good faith; and
