21. Review Senate Bill 707 Brown Act Updates and Adopt a Resolution for a Technology\nDisruption Policy\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Review new Brown Act public meeting requirements and staff implementation\n2) Provide direction to staff regarding limiting the time period for non-agendized public\ncomment\n3) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026-70- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO ADOPT A TECHNOLOGY DISRUPTION POLICY FOR\nREMOTE MEETING PARTICIPATION AS REQUIRED BY SENATE BILL 707
