5.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-35 APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 2026-\n2027 SENATE BILL 1 PROJECT LIST  To be eligible to receive new\nfunding under Senate Bill 1, the City is required to submit a Project List to\nthe California Transportation Commission no later than July 1, 2026.\nRecommendation: Recommend the City Council: 1. Adopt Resolution No.\n26-35 identifying projects to be submitted to the California Transportation\nCommission for Senate Bill 1 funding; and 2. Direct staff to submit the\nProject List to the California Transportation Commission on behalf of the\nCity. RESOLUTION NO. 26-35 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL\nOF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A LIST OF\nPROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 FUNDED BY SB 1: THE ROAD\nREPAIR AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 Fiscal Impact: Submittal\nof the Project List to the California Transportation Commission allows the\nCity to receive funding for maintenance, rehabilitation, and safety-related\nroadway projects. The City will receive an estimated $2,254,278 in Senate\nBill 1 funding for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. These restricted transportation\nfunds\nare\nprogrammed\ntoward\neligible\nroadway\nmaintenance,\nrehabilitation, and safety improvement projects included in the City's\nCapital Improvement Program.
