10B. CONSIDERATION OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING\nREVISED SALARY SCHEDULE AND STAFFING CHANGES FOR YEAR ONE\nOF THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 AND 2027-28 BIENNIAL BUDGET,\nINCLUDING REVISIONS TO EXECUTIVE LEVEL COMPENSATION\nPotential Action(s)\nIf the City Council concurs with the contents of the Administrative Report,\nappropriate actions include:\n1. Make an oral report summarizing the proposed final actions on the\nsalaries, salary schedule and compensation paid in the form of fringe\nbenefits to local agency executives, specifically that, if adopted,\nResolution No. 26-114 will approve a salary increase of 3% for all\npart-time and all benefited full-time City employees, including all executive\nmanagement positions, would regrade the Beaches, Parks, and\nRecreation Director from grade 83 to 88 on the Salary Schedule (with a\nnew salary range of $208,455.52 to $253,381.65), and would approve a\nrevised salary schedule with such changes effective July 6, 2026.\n2. After making the oral report, adopt Resolution No. 26-114, approving\nstaffing changes and the revised salary schedules effective July 6, 2026.
