CONTRACT AWARD - PURCHASE OF ARCTICWOLF SECURITY\nSOFTWARE AND SERVICES\nPotential Action(s)\nIf the City Council concurs with the information provided within this\nAdministrative Report, the appropriate action would be to adopt Resolution\nNo. 26-120, which will:\n1. Award Bid IT-56 to Savant Solutions, Inc.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26-\n45, by and between the City of San Clemente and Savant Solutions, Inc.,\nproviding for the purchase of the ArcticWolf Security Solution, under\nsubstantially the same terms and conditions of State of California Contract\nSLP-23-70-0276O, in an amount not to exceed $81,683, which includes\nall services, equipment and software, training, maintenance, and support.\n3. Authorize City staff to accept the ArcticWolf Solutions Agreement and\nother related service agreements with ArcticWolf.
