11H. CONTRACT AWARD - SC RIDES PROGRAM\nPotential Action(s)\nIf the City Council concurs with the contents of the Administrative Report,\nappropriate actions include adopting Resolution No. 26-118, which will:\n1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C26-\n43, the modified three-year Professional Services Agreement contract, by\nand between the City of San Clemente and Lyft, Inc., providing for\non-demand SC Rides rideshare services with the option, at the City’s sole\ndiscretion, to exercise two additional years, in an amount not to exceed\n$1,050,000 in a contract form substantially similar to that presented to City\nCouncil on June 16, 2026.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all other\ndocuments and Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) contract\namendments as necessary to formally modify the Project V grant to\neliminate the Last Mile Program but continue funding for SC Rides.
