EHEMANN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider ratifying the recommendation of\nthe Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission to appoint Odius Ari as the West\nHollywood Drag Laureate for the 2026–2029 term.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve the recommendation from the Arts\nand Cultural Affairs Commission to appoint Odius Ari to serve as the West\nHollywood Drag Laureate for the 2026-2029 term; and 2) Authorize the\nCity Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nagreement.
