9) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THELOS ANGELES URBAN COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM ANDAPPROVING A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY DEVELOPMENTAUTHORITYRecommend that the City Council:a. Adopt Resolution No. 8464 approving continued participation in the Los Angeles UrbanCounty Community Development Block Grant Program and approving a CooperationAgreement (Contract No. 2519) with the Los Angeles County Development Authority; andb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and execute allrelated documents.
