8) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SENATE BILL 1: THE ROAD REPAIRAND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017 FUNDS AND APPROVING THE PROJECT LIST FOR FISCALYEAR 2026-2027Recommend that the City Council:a. Adopt Resolution No. 8461 accepting $623,804 in Senate Bill 1: The Road Repair andAccountability Act of 2017 Funds from the California Transportation Commission andapproving the list of projects for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 totaling $1,575,447;b. Accept $623,804 in revenues for FY 2026-2027 SB 1 and approve the proposed project listto be funded by SB 1 Local Streets and Roads Program; andc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to submit all required documents to the CaliforniaTransportation Commission.
