7.\nDECLARE INTENT TO VACATE ENDERLE CENTER DRIVE AND SET A\nPUBLIC HEARING  California Streets and Highways Code Section 8312\nauthorizes the City Council to vacate all or a portion of a street within the\nCity when it is no longer necessary for current or prospective public street\npurposes, either on its own initiative or upon request of an interested\nparty. A request was received from the owners of Enderle Family Trust\nEnderle Center to vacate Enderle Center Drive. Pursuant to procedures\noutlined in Sections 8320-8325 of the California Streets and Highways\nCode, the City Council must first adopt a resolution declaring its intent to\nvacate and set a public hearing. Resolution No. 26-30 includes an\nassociated map of the area to be vacated.\nRecommendation: It is recommended the City Council adopt Resolution\nNo. 26-30 declaring its intent to vacate Enderle Center Drive and set a\npublic hearing for September 15, 2026. RESOLUTION NO. 26-30 A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN\nDECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE ENDERLE CENTER DRIVE\nFiscal Impact: Adoption of the Resolution of Intent to Vacate Enderle\nCenter Drive does not result in any immediate fiscal impact to the City.\nAny future fiscal impacts associated with the proposed vacation and\nredevelopment project will be evaluated as part of subsequent approvals\nand implementation activities.
