CONTRACT AMENDMENT - STREET SWEEPING AND FINDING THE\nACTION CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nPotential Action(s)\nIf the City Council concurs with the information in the Administrative Report,\nthe appropriate action would be to adopt Resolution No. 26-121, which will:\n1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR 15301) of\nthe state CEQA Guidelines section 15301.\n2. Approve a Third Amendment to the Agreement for Maintenance Services\nfor Street Sweeping with SCA of CA, LLC, extending the agreement on a\nmonth-to-month basis for a period not to exceed fourteen (14) months.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 3 to\nContract No. C21-22, by and between the City of San Clemente and SCA\nof CA, LLC., providing for Street Sweeping Services, in an amount not to\nexceed $619,073.
