E.1. FISCAL YEARS 2026-27 & 2027-28 TWO-YEAR OPERATING BUDGET\nAND CAPITAL WORK PLAN [J. ROCCO, O. JONES, M. LINDLEY]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider adopting the City of West\nHollywood Two-Year Operating Budget and Capital Work Plan for Fiscal\nYears 2026-27 & 2027-28 (FY 2027 & FY 2028).\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Adopt Resolution No. 26-__________: “A\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027”\n(Attachment A) as specified in the Statement of Changes to Fund\nBalance, or as amended by the City Council; 2) Adopt the department and\ncapital work plans presented in the Two-Year Operating Budget and\nCapital Work Plan, as previously provided to the City Council and the\npublic on the City’s website, www.weho.org/budget; 3) Approve the list of\nPre-Approved Organizations and Events for City Councilmembers to\nattend at the City’s expense (Attachment B); 4) Approve the list of\nBudgeted Special Events (Attachment C); 5) Approve and/or Deny budget\nrequests identified during the May 18th Budget Study Session summary\n(Attachment D); and 6) Approve the Fiscal Year 2026-27 Citywide Salary\nSchedule reflecting all City positions and associated salaries to meet the\nCalifornia Public Employees' Retirement System requirements of\nGovernment Code § 20636(b)(1) and California Code of Regulations §\n570.5 (Attachment F).
