C.2. COLLECTION OF SEWER CHARGES ON THE TAX ROLL FOR FISCAL\nYEAR 2026-2027 [H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider\nwhether to collect the annual FY 2026-27 sewer service charges on the\nproperty tax roll.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Conduct a public hearing on whether to collect\nthe annual sewer service charges on the property tax roll by the County of\nLos Angeles; 2) If no majority protest is filed, adopt Resolution No. 26-\n__________: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF WEST HOLLYWOOD ADOPTING THE REPORT TO COLLECT\nSEWER CHARGES ON THE TAX ROLL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27\nAND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY TO FILE SAID\nREPORT WITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY AUDITOR TO PLACE\nSAID CHARGES ON THE TAX ROLL”; and 3) Direct the City Clerk to\nrequest Los Angeles County Auditor-Controller to place the charges on\nthe FY 2026-27 Property Tax Roll.
