C.3. PLACEMENT OF DELINQUENT SOLID WASTE FEES ON THE\nPROPERTY TAX BILL OF PROPERTY OWNERS [H. COLLINS, J.\nGILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider the\ncollection of delinquent solid waste service charges, which have remained\nunpaid for 60 days or more, on the property tax rolls of affected property\nowners.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Conduct the public hearing regarding the\nproposed collection of delinquent solid waste service charges on the\nproperty tax roll; 2) If no majority protest is filed, adopt Resolution No. 26-\n__________: “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF WEST HOLLYWOOD ADOPTING THE REPORT PROPOSING TO\nHAVE DELINQUENT SOLID WASTE SERVICE CHARGES\nCOLLECTED ON THE TAX ROLL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 AND\nDIRECTING THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY TO FILE SAID REPORT\nWITH THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY AUDITOR TO PLACE SAID\nCHARGES ON THE TAX ROLL”; and 3) Direct the City Clerk to request\nLos Angeles County Auditor-Controller to place the delinquent charges on\nproperty the tax roll.
