13) A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS TO CONTINUE MAINTENANCEOF THE CITY’S STREETLIGHTS, CONFIRMING THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT, AND APPROVINGTHE FINAL ENGINEER’S REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTINGASSESSMENT DISTRICTRecommend that the City Council:a. Conduct a Public Hearing by following the attached Public Hearing Procedure;b. Adopt Resolution No. 8465 ordering the continued maintenance of the City’s streetlightsand confirming the annual assessment; andc. Adopt Resolution No. 8466 approving the Final Engineer’s Report for the Fiscal Year2026-2027 Landscaping and Lighting Assessment District.
