18) DISCUSSION AND CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE COLLECTIONSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED DISPOSAL SERVICE, LLC DBA REPUBLICSERVICESRecommend that the City Council:a. Approve a Third Amendment to the Collection Services Agreement with ConsolidatedDisposal Service, LLC dba Republic Services (Contract No. 1731 (c), extending the term bysix months from February 14, 2027 to August 13, 2027, and removes application of the fleetage metric during the extension period; andb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to make non-substantive changes and executethe Agreement and all related documents.
