CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL\nAPPROPRIATION FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF DIGITAL\nDISPLAYS AT CITY HALL AND THE COMMUNITY CENTER, AWARDING\nTHE CONTRACT TO NANONATION AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY\nMANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS\nPotential Action(s)\nIf the City Council would like staff to purchase the digital displays identified in\nthe staff report, the appropriate action would be to adopt Resolution No.\n26-125, which will:\n1. Approve the supplemental appropriation from Account No. 018-245-45500\n-000-00000 Local Cable Infrastructure Machinery and Equipment in the\namount of $48,122.\n2. Award an agreement to Nanonation for design, hardware, installation and\nsubscription services associated with two digital touchscreens, in the\namount of $48,122.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute such contract\ndocuments as may be necessary and proper to implement the project for\nthe two digital touchscreens consistent with Nanonation’s proposal\n(Attachment 2) in the amount of $48,122.
