Award Consultant Agreement to Acton Architecture, Inc. in the amount of $668,416 for\n“Renovation of La Casita Teen Center at Palomares Park”\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a consultant agreement to Acton Architecture, Inc. for “Renovation of La Casita\nTeen Center at Palomares Park” FD428 Grant Funds | CC2590 Capital Improvement\nProgram (CIP) | Worktag: Project 71110 to include all Base Bid items in the total amount\nof $668,416; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the consultant agreement and any subsequent\nchange orders on behalf of the City of Pomona subject to review by the City Attorney.
