10) CONSIDERATION TO ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING 2026 UPDATES TOCOUNCILMEMBER EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT POLICY AND CITY EMPLOYEE EXPENSEREIMBURSEMENT POLICYRecommend that the City Council:a. Adopt Resolution No. 8455, approving updates to City Policies and Procedures to includerevisions to two existing City policies: Councilmember Expense Reimbursement Policy; andCity Employee Expense Reimbursement Policy; andb. Authorize the City Manager to take related actions to execute and implement the updatedpolicies and procedures.
