CONTRACT AMENDMENTS - MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENTS\nFOR JANITORIAL SERVICES (C23-31), DOWNTOWN PRESSURE WASHING\n(C23-33), LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE OF CITY PROPERTIES WEST OF\nINTERSTATE 5 (C23-34), AND ATHLETIC FIELD INFIELD AND TRACK\nMAINTENANCE (C23-32)\nPotential Action(s)\nIf the City Council concurs with the contents of the Administrative Report, the\nappropriate action would be to adopt Resolution No. 26-122, which will:\n1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 2 to\nContract No. C23-31, by and between the City of San Clemente and\nOmni Enterprise, Inc. dba Omniclean, providing for Janitorial Services,\nextending the agreement through June 30, 2027, and increasing the\nannual compensation to an amount not to exceed $502,771.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C23-33, by and between the City of San Clemente and\nPowerclean PC Pressure Washing, Inc., providing for Downtown\nPressure Washing, extending the agreement through June 30, 2027, and\nincreasing the annual compensation to an amount not to exceed\n$69,427.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C23-32, by and between the City of San Clemente and\nProfessional Sports Field Maintenance, Inc. (PSFM), providing for\nMaintenance Services for Infields and Track Maintenance, extending the\nagreement through June 30, 2027, and increasing the annual\ncompensation to an amount not to exceed $555,400.\n4. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C23-34, by and between the City of San Clemente and\nPriority Landscape Services, LLC., providing for Maintenance Services\nfor Landscape Maintenance of City Properties West of Interstate 5 with,\nextending the agreement through June 30, 2027, and increasing the\nannual compensation to an amount not to exceed $618,218.
