CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE SAN\nCLEMENTE COMMUNITY CENTER RESTROOM REHABILITATION, CIP\nPROJECT NO. 15507\nPotential Action(s)\nIf the City Council is in agreement that rejecting all bids and re-advertising the\nproject with a revised scope of work is in the City’s best interest, an\nappropriate course of action would be to adopt Resolution No. 26-124, which\nwill:\n1. Reject all bids received on May 11, 2026, for the Community Center\nRestroom Rehabilitation Project, CIP Project No. 15507, pursuant to\nSection 20166 of the Public Contract Code.\n2. Authorize staff to re-scope the bid package and re-bid the Community\nCenter Restroom Rehabilitation Project, CIP Project No. 15507, with a\nrevised project scope.
