TESORO ADOBE PARK RECIPROCAL EASEMENT AGREEMENT - Approval\nof a Agreement between the City of Santa Clarita and the Tesoro Del Valle Master\nHomeowner's Association granting a non-exclusive reciprocal easement for Parking and\nVehicular and Pedestrian Ingress and Egress to the Tesoro Adobe Park.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Execute a Reciprocal Easement Agreement with the Tesoro del Valle Master\nHomeowners Association, associated with the Tesoro Adobe Park.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all agreements and associated\ndocuments, subject to City Attorney approval.
