3. AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE 26-310\nSENIOR TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) for the Senior\nTransportation Program with Orange County Yellow Management LLC\n(OCY) (Attachment 1) at 520 West Dyer Road, Santa Ana, California,\n92707 with an annual amount not to exceed $200,000, for a period of\nthree years effective July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2029; and\n2. Authorize a ten (10%) percent contingency in the amount of $20,000 for\nunforeseen costs; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the PSA and future amendments\nfor this agreement within City Council authorized limits.\nAttachments: 1. PCS-PSA OCY Management\n2.
